# Design System — The Craneware Group

> Read from The Craneware Group's public website (craneware.com) by Clinical Terminal. Not reviewed by The Craneware Group.
> Use it as inspiration: borrow the ideas, not The Craneware Group's name, logo or identity.

## Ground
- **Light ground** (#FFFFFF), from The Craneware Group's site background #FFFFFF. Pages and panels sit on it.
- Main text: #222222 (15.91:1 on the ground).
- Secondary text is #222222 at 88% / 76% / 60%; hairlines and plate borders #222222 at 16%.

## Color
- **Accent on the ground: #D14700** (4.55:1), adjusted from The Craneware Group's primary #F16523 so it stays readable. Use it for kickers, key numbers and one highlight per screen, not for large fills.
- **Primary #F16523** for filled shapes (buttons, chips, bars), with #222222 text on it (5.02:1).
- Quote every hex exactly as written above.

## Type
- Headlines: **Archivo**. Body: **Archivo**. Both on Google Fonts.
- The Craneware Group's site uses OpenSans / OpenSans; these are the closest free look-alikes.

## Shape
- Cards and panels: 8px corners. Buttons and chips: 100px.

## Voice
- Tone: professional. Energy: high. Written for businesses.
- Headlines are short and concrete.
