HARTZ Search Places New CIO and CFO at Geisinger
Geisinger has appointed Bill Bellando as its new executive vice president and chief information officer, a recruitment assisted by the executive search firm HARTZ Search. Bellando previously served as senior vice president and CIO for Wellstar Health System from 2022 to 2026.
According to a June 12 Hunt Scanlon Media report, this follows another recent Geisinger executive placement by the same firm. HARTZ Search also assisted in the recruitment of Matt Huff as the health system's executive vice president and CFO. Huff joins from The Guthrie Clinic, where he had served as EVP and CFO since 2021.
Huff's experience includes financial planning, revenue cycle management, and mergers and acquisitions. Geisinger is an integrated health system based in Danville, Pa., that includes 10 hospital campuses and a health plan with more than 600,000 members.
