Ambience Healthcare Reports High Voluntary Adoption of its Platform at Cleveland Clinic
According to a June 7, 2026, report from Ambience Healthcare, more than 4,000 clinicians at Cleveland Clinic have voluntarily adopted one of the company's platforms. The health system did not mandate its use.

The report states that active users run the software on 76% of their scheduled visits, with usage data drawn from more than one million clinical encounters. The source material characterized the platform's benefit as providing modest time savings and noted that every clinical note is reviewed and signed by the clinician.
The vendor also cited an earlier pilot at MultiCare, where physicians and advanced practice providers outside the initial test group reportedly began requesting the software.
