Gwyn most recently was president of [Mercy Health St. Anne Hospital](https://app.clinicalterminal.com/hospital/709664) and Sylvania Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, both part of Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health. She previously served as president of Mercy Health Perrysburg (Ohio) Hospital and held senior leadership roles at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.

In the role, Gwyn will oversee clinical and nonclinical operations at the campus. Wilmington Hospital has 321 beds and also houses ChristianaCare's corporate headquarters.
