Margaret Mary Health Foundation's Jonathon Maple Named to AHP 40 Under 40
Jonathon Maple, Executive Director of the Margaret Mary Health Foundation, was named a 2026 40 Under 40 honoree by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), according to Margaret Mary Health. The national award recognizes 40 emerging leaders under age 40 for contributions to healthcare philanthropy. Maple was recognized at AHP's annual international conference, held Oct. 7-9 in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to the health system, the Foundation's donor base has grown 60 percent and annual fundraising 51 percent since Maple took the executive director role. He led the Foundation's fundraising campaign for MMH's new hospital, which opened in August 2026; the campaign raised more than $10.7 million, reportedly surpassing its goal more than a year ahead of schedule.
The Foundation has also expanded work in hospice care, cancer services, mental health awareness and community safety, including a project to equip law enforcement vehicles across two counties with automated external defibrillators.
Sheri Brougher, MMH Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Communications, said the recognition reflects Maple's leadership and dedication to the community. Maple attributed the Foundation's results to community generosity and donor relationships.
