Water Street Healthcare Partners has named Eric Chi as Vice President, Data & Analytics, according to the firm's people page published October 13, 2026. Chi supports Water Street's portfolio companies in designing and implementing strategies to strengthen their data capabilities.
His responsibilities reportedly span leading data platform deployment initiatives and architecting data programs and processes intended to turn data into actionable insights. He has nearly 20 years of experience delivering data solutions and transaction support to healthcare and other industries, including strategic roadmap development, technical architecture design, and enterprise data platform and BI reporting implementations.
Before joining Water Street, Chi spent part of his career at West Monroe, a national technology firm, where he advanced to director and served as mergers and acquisitions lead for the data and analytics practice, working across data engineering, data science, data governance, and AI. He began his career as a data engineer focused on healthcare providers at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Knightsbridge Solutions.
Chi holds a bachelor's degree in systems engineering with a minor in business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
