Megan Gray named president and COO of Anna Jaques Hospital
Megan Gray, DNP, RN, has been appointed president and COO of Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, Mass., part of Cambridge, Mass.-based Beth Israel Lahey Health, according to an Oct. 5 news release cited by Becker's Hospital Review.
Gray has served as the hospital's chief nursing officer and COO since May 2025. During that time, she reportedly led efforts to strengthen hospital operations, patient care and workforce engagement, including the relaunch of the Gerrish Family Foundation Fast Track service for emergency department patients.
Before joining Anna Jaques, Gray held executive positions at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.H., and Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, N.H. Anna Jaques is an 83-bed community hospital with 1,200 employees and more than 200 physicians on staff.
