The company said its revenue cycle management platform and clinical workflow tools operate within more than 500 healthcare organizations across 3,000-plus sites of care, including over 130 health systems such as [HCA Healthcare](https://app.clinicalterminal.com/hospital/716947) and [Tenet](https://app.clinicalterminal.com/hospital/595822) Healthcare, alongside thousands of physician-owned practices. Commure said its end-to-end RCM processes tens of billions of dollars in annual payments and completes more than 85% of work without human intervention, while its Ambient AI suite supports tens of millions of appointments annually.

Commure said the capital will be used to scale its revenue cycle and practice management platform across specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks, advance its shared intelligence layer for agentic systems, and expand AI infrastructure into global healthcare markets.
