Community Health Network taps Oracle Health exec Ed Simcox as chief digital technology officer
Indianapolis-based Community Health Network has named Ed Simcox executive vice president and chief digital technology officer, according to an Oct. 2 LinkedIn post by Simcox cited by Becker's Hospital Review.

Simcox previously served as senior director of Health AI Platform and Interoperability Products at Oracle Health. In the announcement, he credited Seema Verma and Srini Venkat at Oracle Health for their leadership and support.
In the new role, Simcox is responsible for the health system's technology strategy, operations and digital transformation, per his LinkedIn profile.
