Sriraman joined Mass General Brigham as CTO in January 2023, per his LinkedIn profile. Since May 2026 he had also served part time on Rackspace Technology's advisory council, advising on cloud, AI, data, security and operations in healthcare.

Before joining the health system, he was chief architect and global head of technology and digital strategy at Novartis from 2020 to 2022, following global technology, digital and data leadership roles at Unilever from 2017 to 2020 and 16 years at Thomson Reuters. In 2024 he was among four health system executives named to a list of the 100 most influential AI leaders, according to Becker's.
