According to the company, the session will cover automation of complex schedules using series rules, target rules, and optimization logic, along with tools for monitoring daily staffing totals, managing provider requests and shift swaps, and tracking scheduled work and compensation in one workflow.

QGenda said the demo is intended to show how configurable rules and automation can support equitable scheduling, provider visibility, and coverage requirements for teams with round-the-clock staffing needs.

The vendor framed the offering around reducing administrative work and aligning staffing with compensation, though no customer outcomes or performance data were disclosed in the announcement.
