Texas Health Resources taps Jon Duckert to lead Southlake hospital
Arlington-based Texas Health Resources named Jon Duckert president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake, effective Oct. 1, according to a Sept. 28 health system news release shared with Becker's Hospital Review.

Duckert brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including more than 13 years leading joint venture hospitals and surgery centers, the release states. He previously served as hospital CEO and CFO within United Surgical Partners International, was CEO at two Baylor Scott & White Medical Center campuses in Uptown and Sunnyvale, Texas, and was CFO of Houston Physicians' Hospital.
The Southlake facility is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and physicians and meets the federal definition of a physician-owned hospital, per the release. Texas Health operates 29 hospital locations with more than 4,400 licensed hospital beds and 30,000 employees.
