Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis Appoints Daniel McFarland as COO

He joins the hospital from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey, where he had served as assistant vice president of operations since November 2024.

McFarland's prior experience includes roles as service line administrator at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and assistant administrator at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. The appointment marks a return to Baptist Memorial, where he previously served as a summer administrative resident.
