# Ascension Alexian Brothers names Endeavor Health's Bruce McNulty as CMO

McNulty brings more than three decades of experience to the role. He succeeds [David Bordo, MD](https://app.clinicalterminal.com/person/100119505), Ascension Illinois' chief clinical officer, who has served as interim CMO of the hospital since March 2025.

Ascension Alexian Brothers is part of St. Louis-based Ascension, which operates 119 hospitals across 14 states.
