Overlake Names Kari Rallo Chief Development Officer of Foundation
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has appointed Kari Rallo as chief development officer of the Overlake Foundation and vice president of philanthropy, effective Aug. 31, 2026. She succeeds Molly Stearns, who retired after 16 years in the role.

Rallo joins Overlake from Seattle Children's Foundation, where she spent 14 years, most recently as vice president of development and deputy chief development officer. She previously held development leadership roles at Wesley Homes Foundation and Pacific Lutheran University.
In her new role, Rallo will oversee the foundation, which raises funds to support Overlake's programs for the Eastside community. President and CEO Jon Duarte said her experience will help expand philanthropic partnerships and advance the organization's collaboration with MultiCare.
