San Juan Regional names Jennifer Erickson CHRO as Teatsorth retires

Erickson joins from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where she served as vice president of human resources since 2021, leading HR strategy for roughly 3,000 employees. Previously, she spent nearly 14 years at University of Iowa Health Care in progressive HR leadership roles.

President and CEO Jason Rounds said Erickson's experience in academic healthcare and her strategic, people-first approach will help strengthen the organization's culture and support its workforce. Erickson holds an MBA from Mount Mercy University and a BA in business management from Loras College.
