Las Vegas Trauma Center Reports E-Bike Injuries Doubled 2025's Total in Under 8 Months
A Las Vegas trauma center has seen a significant increase in e-bike-related injuries, according to a report from Sunrise Hospital dated August 29, 2026. The facility, a Level 1 Trauma Center, documented 508 such injuries in under eight months of the year.

The figure is double the total number of e-bike injuries recorded at the hospital for all of 2025. Based on the current rate, Sunrise Trauma projected that the year-end total could reach 780 or more.
