Penn Medicine Princeton Health Appoints Tracy Howard as CHRO

Howard is an internal promotion, having joined the organization nearly seven years prior as a client services manager. She later transitioned to roles focused on leadership development and talent strategies.

In a statement, Howard said she would focus on supporting the workforce, developing future leaders, and building a culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
