Jefferson Community Health & Life CEO to Resign in September
Holly Wolff will resign as CEO of Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Neb., effective Sept. 23, 2026. She joined the organization in January 2025 and is leaving for family-related reasons, according to an Aug. 24 news release.

Wolff will become the CEO of a hospital in Colfax, Wash. During her tenure at Jefferson, a 17-bed critical access hospital, the organization began a $5.5 million renovation, added a chief medical officer position, and implemented robotics for orthopedic and general surgery.
The health system was also recognized as a top 20 critical access hospital nationally, according to the release. The board of directors has begun a search for a permanent successor and will appoint an interim CEO.
