HCA's Medical City Healthcare names Brandy Stegall division chief nursing executive

Effective Aug. 31, Stegall will oversee nursing practice, education, informatics, research and operations for nurses across Medical City Healthcare's 22 hospitals and Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La., the release said.

Stegall, who joined HCA Healthcare 22 years ago, previously served as chief nursing officer at Medical City Fort Worth since August 2024, and earlier held CNO roles at Medical City Denton and Medical City Lewisville. During her career, she has led nursing teams through three Magnet designations and earned multiple HCA Healthcare Unit of Distinction Awards in emergency services, heart and vascular care, and intensive care across three consecutive years.
