Park Haven recovery center opens in Yankton for women with substance use disorders
Park Haven Learning and Recovery Center, a new residential treatment program for women with substance use disorders, is now open in Yankton, SD, according to Avera Health Plans. The 18-bed facility serves women, including pregnant women and mothers with dependent children.

The project resulted from a private-public collaboration. Avera Sacred Heart Hospital constructed and owns the facility and is partnering with Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services, Inc. to provide programs and services at the center.
