Cleveland Clinic APP Leader Evan Minor to Join MUSC Health
Evan Minor, director of advanced practice providers (APPs) at Cleveland Clinic, will join Charleston, S.C.-based MUSC Health as system executive director of advanced practice. Minor announced the move via a LinkedIn post on Aug. 19, and an MUSC Health spokesperson confirmed the news on Aug. 22.

Minor has been with Cleveland Clinic since 2014, serving in leadership roles for advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants at its Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Institute, Fairview Hospital, and most recently, the West Ohio submarket.
He will fill a role previously held by Megan Fulton, who left MUSC Health in December 2025 and joined Prisma Health in January 2026. According to the spokesperson, Jennifer Marshall served as the interim APP leader at MUSC Health.
