Cedars-Sinai Announces Four SVP Promotions in Surgical, Medical, Finance, and Ambulatory Services
Cedars-Sinai Health System announced on August 20, 2026, that it had promoted four leaders to senior vice president roles. According to a statement from the Los Angeles-based system, the promotions correspond with the leaders' expanded responsibilities amid organizational growth.

Jennifer Blaha was named SVP of Surgical Services, where she will oversee lines including Neurosurgery, Surgery, and Transplant. Blaha, who joined Cedars-Sinai 17 years ago from GE Healthcare, was most recently VP of Operations. Clare Lee was promoted to SVP of Medical Services, responsible for Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Emergency Services. Lee joined the system in 2018 as VP of Operations.
Lisa Maqueira is now SVP of Finance and Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, leading the organization's integrated revenue cycle strategy. Maqueira joined Cedars-Sinai in 2011 and was named VP of Finance and CRCO in 2022. Alen Voskanian, MD, was named SVP and Chief Operating Officer of Ambulatory Clinics. Voskanian, who joined in 2018 from VITAS Healthcare, was previously VP and COO of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network.
