UF Veterinary College Names Christopher Adin as Eighth Dean
Christopher Adin, D.V.M., DACVS, has been selected as the eighth dean of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, effective Sept. 4, according to UF Health Shands Hospital. Adin is a board-certified small animal surgeon and brings three decades of experience in research, clinical care and professional service.

Adin has served as the college's executive associate dean since 2022 and previously chaired the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences. As dean, he plans to build on the college's existing strengths, the announcement said.
