Thelvia Bonano Scarlett named VP of operations for primary care at Baptist Health
Thelvia Bonano Scarlett has been named vice president of operations for primary care at Baptist Health, according to Baptist Medical Center Nassau. She will work with clinical leadership to oversee physician practices.

Scarlett joined Baptist Health in January 2023 as vice president of Baptist Medical Group Patient Access. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including ten years in physician practice operations.
