Sofiya Milman named Vice Chair for Research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Sofiya Milman, MD, MS, has been named Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She had been serving in the role on an interim basis.

Milman is a professor in the departments of Medicine (Endocrinology) and Genetics at Montefiore Einstein. She leads several large NIH-funded multidisciplinary research projects focused on the biological underpinnings of aging, including the Einstein Human Longevity Program and the SuperAgers Family Study.
