Mayo Clinic regional CNO Dena Keilman to lead nursing at Northern Light Health
Dena Keilman, DNP, RN, regional chief nursing officer for Mayo Clinic's Southeast Minnesota region, is joining Brewer, Maine-based Northern Light Health as CNO, according to an Aug. 13 news release from Northern Light. She will assume the role at the nine-hospital system on Sept. 21.
Keilman joined Mayo Clinic in 2017, where she served as nursing director, nurse administrator for obstetrics and ambulatory surgical specialties, interim nurse administrator for surgical services, and regional CNO. Before Mayo, she spent about a decade at UCHealth in Aurora, Colo., as a nurse manager and director of patient services, per her LinkedIn profile.
In the release, Keilman said she was drawn to Northern Light's values and focus on sustainability, and looks forward to partnering with teams across the organization.
