CoxHealth to exit ACA marketplace, partners with Oscar Health

The exit extends a pullback that began last year, when CoxHealth said it would discontinue marketplace plans in Greene and Webster counties for 2026. The system joins a growing list of provider-owned insurers scaling back or exiting coverage lines in recent years, including Providence Health Plan, Baylor Scott & White Health Plan and Carle Health's Health Alliance.
