Siemens Healthineers will expand its dedicated Cleveland Clinic team, adding on-site technicians and training personnel to its existing group of more than 30 people. The partners will also develop a theranostics program for personalized cancer care and make Cleveland Clinic a center of excellence for MRI technologist education.

The alliance follows a similar 10-year pact between Siemens Healthineers and Mayo Clinic announced nearly six months ago. Rival GE HealthCare recently unveiled a comparable 10-year deal with Catholic Health.
