The practices set to join the health system's provider network are Generations Primary Care, MDVIP, Hopkinsville Family Care, Western Kentucky Pulmonary Clinic, Elkton Clinic, and Crofton Clinic.

Following the acquisition, the clinics will continue to operate from their current locations with their existing providers and staff, with no expected interruption in patient care. Eric Lee, Chief Administrative Officer of Jennie Stuart Health, stated that the move is intended to strengthen access to care and better connect services across the network. The health system said patients may eventually benefit from enhanced access to specialists and greater care coordination. Medical records will remain secure, and the transition is designed to be seamless for patients.
