Hansei Solutions Marks 10th Anniversary, Reports $1.4B in Annual Behavioral Health Collections
On June 17, 2026, Hansei Solutions announced its 10th year of operations providing revenue cycle management services for behavioral health providers. The Franklin, Tenn.-based company, founded in 2016, describes itself as the largest private third-party RCM partner for mental health and addiction treatment facilities in the U.S.
The company reported it has grown to more than 400 employees and serves providers across 42 states. According to the announcement, Hansei Solutions collects over $1.4 billion annually in reimbursements and recovered claims for its clients and has helped facilitate access to care for more than 300,000 patients since its founding.
In a statement, Founder and CEO Erin Burke said the company was built on the belief that access to care begins with fair reimbursement. Looking ahead, Chief Strategy Officer Patrick Dunn noted that Hansei Solutions plans to expand its team and advance its technology solutions.
